CpGislandEVO

CpGislandEVO [1] is a powerful platform to investigate the function of CpG islands, as well as the evolutionary mechanisms which generate and maintain these key epigenome markers. A CpG-island database for the best assembled mammalian genome sequences is coupled to a next-generation genome browser. This allows linking together both experimental and predicted CGIs, as well as single-cytosine-resolution DNA methylation data.
